Wa-Courses will deliver its first live classroom course for the Manual Software Testing & IT Employability Program. The course will take place in the London Borough of Lewisham, from January 2020, right through to December 2020.
The ISTQB Manual Software Testing & IT Employability Program is designed for people with learning difficulties from low-income families. The project will consist of a Software Creation Workshop, Software Test Workshop and Employability Workshop.
WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT EMPOWERING STUDENTS FROM LOW-INCOME BACKGROUNDS BY PROVIDING THEM WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO ACCESS AND PARTICIPATE IN OUR COURSES REGARDLESS OF THEIR FINANCIAL STATUS
The Training will take place twice a month, on the second and third Saturdays every month and will last for a whole year.
The sessions will start at 10:00 am-5:00 pm with an hour break from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm to allow participants to network and engage with representatives from employment agencies who will also be invited to attend the employability workshops to offer advice and guidance to the participant
