This two months course trains delegates in all the key aspects of the Scrum Framework to prepare delegates to not only take the Scrum Master exam but employ practical skills & knowledge required to drive a successful Scrum Project as a Scrum Master.

This course will teach you everything you need to know as a Scrum Master from project management, team leadership, report writing, conducting the Scrum ceremonies and delivering a tangible product at the end of each project.

During the course, you acquire the specific skills, behaviours and the mindset necessary to become a successful Certified Scrum Master and servant-leader. Through training, practise sessions and role-playing activities, you learn Scrum to create customer satisfaction with the continuous delivery of high-value software.

After completing the Certified Scrum Master course, you can decide to take the Scrum Master exam which can be taken with a third party exam provider. The exam fees are not included in the price of this course
